Support organization
Our support organization brings together versatile experts in areas such as marketing, communications, responsibility, sales, business development, procurement, logistics, financial administration and human resources. Our shared goal is to ensure that retailers and salespeople have the best possible conditions to succeed in their work. We work for the stores; we plan, support, analyze and develop our operations every day to make them even better.
Niklas Lilius has served as CEO of Reitan Convenience Finland since autumn 2025.
Part of everyday life
The support organization combines broad expertise with a genuine desire to help. We are present in the everyday life of the kiosks and stores; we listen, spar and solve challenges together. With us, you can have a broad impact, develop processes and build the future of Reitan Convenience Finland together with the entire Reitan Convenience parent company.
Why work in the support organization?
- The work is varied and meaningful; depending on your role, you support the everyday work of hundreds of retailers and salespeople either indirectly or directly
- You become part of a warm and energetic work community
- You get responsibility, freedom and a team that always has your back
- We are part of the international REITAN group and a strongly values-driven organization
The support organization combines business understanding, a positive can-do attitude and a genuine desire to develop, both oneself and the whole of Reitan Convenience Finland.
Paula Eklund, IT Business Partner
I started at R-kioski in 2009 as a fixed-term kiosk salesperson. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to grow in various roles, from salesperson to kiosk manager, systems specialist, and finally to my current position as IT Business Partner.
In my work, I act as a bridge-builder between IT and the business. I make sure that the systems support everyday operations and that the technical solutions are easy to understand and work in practice. The best part of my job is its variety: I get to collaborate with all kinds of people, take part in development projects and solve concrete challenges.
What motivates me is the opportunity to continuously improve how things are done. I am especially proud that today I can influence and develop the very things I identified as areas for improvement back when I was working in the everyday life of the kiosks. In work and in life, I particularly value solutions that make everyday life smoother for everyone.

Claudia Steiger, R-retailer
I have worked as an R-retailer for 17 years now. By training I am a chef and a Bachelor of Business Administration in service business, and entrepreneurship had been my dream for a long time. In the franchising model I found the perfect combination: the opportunity to build my own business, but at the same time as part of a strong community.
The best part of my work is the people. I enjoy meeting customers and building long-term customer relationships. The staff is also important to me – I believe that a thriving work community is directly reflected in the customer experience and in business results.
As a leader, I am determined, precise and people-oriented. I believe in strong foundations: when the foundation is in order, you can build on it and develop something new. I am motivated both by good business and by employees enjoying their work.
My Swiss background has taught me to look at things from a broader perspective. From the top of a mountain, the world looks different – and the same idea helps in working life too. When you focus on what matters and keep a positive outlook, almost anything feels possible.
I value the small everyday encounters and believe that the best customer experiences often arise from simple things: genuine presence, a smile and meeting another person.
